Job Title: Partnership Business Administration Coordinator
Hours: 37 hours full time or 4 days/week
Salary: HC6 £25,979 - £29,777 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Closing date: 14/03/2024

The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the Partnership Team as a Partnership Business Administration Coordinator. This is varied role in a small team, where you will have opportunity to challenge yourself and showcase your administration and communication skills. The Partnership Team supports the Herefordshire Safeguarding Adults Board, Safeguarding Children Partnership, and Community Safety Partnership, working with a wider range of partners with a common aim to support and protect children and adults, and keep people safe.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, diligent, and proactive individual to join our busy team. You will support the team by developing, coordinating and reviewing effective administration and communication systems.
You will have strong administration experience and excellent IT and communication skills. You must be able to take initiative, prioritise work, meet deadlines under pressure and deliver on your commitments. You will be able to work well with other people, have excellent attention to detail, and be committed to achieving the highest standards of quality and service completing key pieces of work, which enable the safeguarding boards and partnerships to meet statutory requirements.
This role is subject to a DBS check.
