Multitrades are currently looking for BMS Engineers to start ASAP for our client

- BMS controls experience and qualification (Trend, Priva, Cyln, Honeywell and others)
- At least 2 years experience within the BMS sector
- Understanding H&S regulations
About the role:
- Overseeing the project from beginning to end
- Determine the objectives and plans of the project
- Identify project risks and recommend appropriate solutions
- Develop project budget along with the Technical Sales Engineer in consideration with cost optimisation and reduction goals
- Selection of sub contractor required for the delivery of the project
- Track, monitor and control expense based on budget guidelines
- Ensure project execution within defined budget and timelines
- Manage resource assignment, work allocation requirements for projects
- Conduct regular project status meetings with project team
- Address questions and concerns of project team, management and customers in professional and confident manner
- Provide project financial progress, delays and issues to the Operations Manager in a timely manner
- Ensure that project deliverables meet customer expectations
- Provide support and guidance to engineers and electricians when needed
- Develop and implement project commissioning and methodologies to achieve project completion
- Communicating with the contractors in charge of the different phases of the project
- Maintaining strict compliance to budgetary limits, quality work, ad safety rules
- Being the clients point of contact
- You will be working with organisations such as hospitals, health care centres, schools, Universities etc
- Trend BMS system experience highly desirable, but Tridium
- hours 7am - 3:30pm or 9:30am - 6pm
- On call – 1 in 4 on call – remote tier and site tier
- £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
- car allowance or company car provided
