We're on the lookout for a talented Associate Digital Marketing Executive to expand our Email Marketing team to help us support and grow the department, based at Visualsoft House in Stockton-on-Tees.

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract with a possible extension.

As Associate Digital Marketing Executive you will be responsible for contributing to the success of Visualsofts Email marketing services. You will support Account Directors in the execution of best in class digital marketing campaigns, adapting your working style to fit the needs of clients across a variety of sectors.

Main duties/responsibilities:

As Associate Digital Marketing Executive you will be responsible for contributing to the success of Visualsofts Email marketing services. You will support Account Directors in the execution of best in class digital marketing campaigns, adapting your working style to fit the needs of clients across a variety of sectors. A passion for all things digital is essential along with excellent writing, communication and time management skills.

• Get to know your clients branding, tone of voice, target audience, competitors and undertake continuous research into their products and market to allow you to create effective campaigns on their behalf.
• Creation and support on all marketing campaign activities including briefs, Design, implementation, reporting and strategies.
• Best in class and timely delivery of all required tasks / activity.
• Ensure all work is logged via Visualsoft’s chosen Campaign/Project Management tool.
• Staying informed of digital marketing best practices, innovations, and technologies.
• Impeccable execution of work completion.
• Continuously strive to produce the highest results for Visualsoft clients.
• Attend telephone calls and in-person client meetings, supporting the Account Director as required.
• Contribute to activities across the department such as Visualsoft reviews and client case studies.
• Aim to resolve simple queries first time by liaising with the relevant departments to offer the most appropriate solutions to any problems that arise.
• Escalate efficiently up to your line manager/Head of Department where necessary ensuring a full timeline of events and details to date are provided.
• Contribute and have a keen eye for client portfolio happiness, measured by NPS & CSAT.
• Maintain highest standards of digital marketing via both implementation and execution.
• Constantly strive to improve and maintain processes and procedure documents.
• Identify and execute client training where relevant and required.
• Suggest and champion ways to increase efficiency of the execution and implementation of tasks across the client portfolio.
• Display awareness of emerging tech and trend.

Requirements

This role requires someone with excellent communication skills and who has an absolute eye for detail.

The ability to carry out tasks to the letter is essential, whilst supporting clients and internal stakeholders.

Essential

• Proven experience either agency or client side digital marketing.
• A working knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, analytics, forecasting and measurement.
• Experience in building and executing digital strategies, whether in-house or for clients
• Working to tight deadlines as a team and as an individual
• Proven and demonstatable performance of completing tasks for stakeholders and clients to a high standard.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Desirable (but not essential!)

• Experience in ecommerce
• Experience in other digital media channels
• Google Analytics
• Google Data Studio
• Google Tag Manager
• Experience in writing data driven reports
• Experience in creating and delivering presentations
• Knowledge of wider digital marketing landscape including other marketing channels, platforms, tools and emerging industry trends
