Job description
Location: Worksop
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth on boarding experience for new hires.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee relations issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Handle HR-related paperwork, including contracts, benefits administration, and other HR documentation.
- Support the performance management process by assisting in goal-setting, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees and managers.
- Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
- Work closely with management to create career development plans for employees.
- Stay current on HR trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
Experience required:
- CIPD qualified
- Proven experience in a similar HR role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
