Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Manager to join the Care Team at ENA Care Group.
You will sit on the Care Team, which is responsible for ensuring our clients and Live in Carers are looked after on a day to day basis.
We recruit high-quality carers and require someone who understands the qualities needed for this position.
You will have the responsibility for the clients and carers allocated to you and work alongside the Scheduling Team and Training Team to ensure compliance and the best possible standards.
Our head office is located in Welwyn Garden City, but there is an opportunity to take this on as a hybrid position.
- You will have some care experience, an excellent telephone manner, be highly organised and proactive. Some experience within a similar role would be advantageous, particularly within a Health and Social Care setting.
- The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with great attention to detail and the ability to quickly form strong relationships.
- Competent in writing and reviewing care plans and assessments.
- Competent with carer supervisions.
- Hold a UK driving licence.
- Posses a good level of IT skills.

- Competitive Salary of £28,000-£30,000 depending on experience;
