Customer Success Executive at VoucherCart

As a pioneering global technology firm and market leader in our field, VoucherCart is revolutionizing the way businesses sell, driving prepaid revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and retention.

You will form part of a multi-disciplinary team from our base in Edinburgh.

As a Customer Success Executive, you love helping people and concern yourself with ensuring customer queries are promptly and efficiently addressed.

Responsibilities :

In general, a typical day involves:

• Managing a strategic account portfolio throughout the life cycle of the customer
• Running customer Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate success and determine growth opportunities
• Working closely with customers and identifying new growth opportunities for VoucherCart through upsell or cross-sell
• Achieving revenue growth across accounts by training customers to use VoucherCart more efficiently.
• Achieving revenue growth within a customer’s group of companies by providing gift card marketing strategies if and when needed.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at a senior level
• Working with customers to establish their KPIs and ensuring VoucherCart positively impacts these .
• Create and execute account growth plans, including P&L responsibility .
• Working closely with the sales team to refine the customer journey .
• Conduct regular Customer Health Checks and work closely with customers in case of any issues.
• Post Demo, Helping customers complete their account setup and implementation.

The role requires:

• Two to four years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
• Strong English language skills (verbal and written communication).
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
• Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
• Commercial awareness and knowledge of eCommerce sales, Revenue growth, and Customer acquisition and retention and how these impact businesses

You will work with and ideally have experience with some or all of the following technologies:

• Intercom
• Atlassian Jira
• GSuite
• Snagit , Camtasia (or other screen recording tools)
• Google Meet
• Typeform

• Experience in a professional services, or technical consulting role. (SaaS experience preferred)
• Familiarity with any CRM platforms & their data structure
• Familiarity with Intercom or other Support platform & their data structure
• An active and patient listener
• Passion and Accountability for Customer Success.
