Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist for a temporary role based in the CB4 area of Cambridge.

This is to work every Thursday and Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm.

Immediate start

This would be on an ongoing basis for approx. 2 months but could be longer.

Job Specification for a Part Time Receptionist:

• Meeting and greeting visitors.
• Receiving deliveries from couriers
• Answering the telephone and redirecting calls and taking messages
• Dealing and distributing the daily post.
• Keeping the reception area tidy at all times.
• Plus other ad hoc duties when required.

Person Specification for a Part Time Receptionist:

• Live in the Cambridge area
• Previous reception or customer service experience
• Extremely well presented.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good PC skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Willingness to take on new task when required.
