Print and Post Assistant
Hull
Salary: £8,959.46 per annum
Fixed Term until July 2025
15 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
As our Print and Post Assistant, you will provide a professional, effective and customer focused post and reprographics service to all service users.
The post holder will work the core hours of Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 12:30 (although flexibility may be required).

Responsibilities of our Print and Post Assistant:
Processing of daily internal and external post, delivery, and courier requirements.
Processing of reprographics requirements in accordance with the department’s service level agreement.
Provide support and advice to all customers regarding post and reprographics services.
Provide shop and counter services, including cash handling.
Proactively promote the central reprographics services, and support the College’s paper reduction targets.
Support the administration of internal post and reprographics recharging.
Operate the post and reprographics equipment, carrying out routine cleaning and maintenance as required, and reporting repairs.
Ensure safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
What we’re looking for in our Print and Post Assistant:
English and Maths GCSE grades A-C (4-9) or equivalent
Evidence of commitment to personal development and continuing improvement
Recent experience of working in an office/administration environment
Knowledge and understanding of GDPR
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
Good oral and written communication skills
