Corporate Associate /Senior Associate - 3yrs+ PQE
Salary:
£60,000 - £85,000

The nature of the role, managing a number of your own transactions whilst also supporting partners on complex deals, requires a corporate specialist with 3 yrs’ + PQE.
Working as part of a cohesive team (circa 10 members) and which is headed by well-known experts in M&A, Equity and Corporate Finance, you will be involved in excellent quality work and mentoring to develop your career and skills.
The firm acts for an interesting and diverse range of clients: private equity, lenders and corporates of all shapes and sizes including AIM listed, FTSE 250. Private Ltd companies include new starts ups and OMBs, long established family businesses and significant sized SMEs trading in the UK and overseas. With clients also operating across a broad range of sectors including finance, retail, hospitality and leisure, logistics, manufacturing, engineering and professional services, this role will provide exposure to all types of corporate transactional activity.
Typical instructions include:
• mergers, acquisitions and disposals
• due diligence and disclosure
• investment agreements
• shareholder agreements (and bespoke articles of association)
• share restructuring/group re-organisation
• share options
• company formation and administration
• restructuring and insolvency related instructions
