Working Days: Monday – Thursday

We are working with a fantastic, tech focused client to find them a Community and Partnerships Manager. Your focus will be to drive the development of communities across their three brands. In this vital role, you'll work closely with our senior management to pinpoint target audiences, initiate strategic partnerships, and cultivate meaningful relationships, all contributing to our client’s growth and brand equity.

What will this role include?

• Engage Target Groups: Utilize diverse methods for identifying and connecting with key audiences.
• Outreach to B2B Professionals: Connect with B2B professionals for research, surveys, and editorial engagement.
• Manage Community Engagement: Drive engagement across industry personas through social media or custom platforms.
• Editorial Advisory Boards: Establish and oversee boards for enhanced audience satisfaction and community engagement.
• Coordinate Events: Organize annual awards events, engaging prospective brands and participants.
• Media & Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with media and senior management for successful partnerships and sustained engagement.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years in community management, partnership development, or similar roles.
• An ability to self-motivate and work effectively from home
• Proficient in data analytics and social media platforms.
• Experience in content creation is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Microsoft Office 365, CRM Software (HubSpot or Salesforce), and social media tools (LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
