The Company
Our client is a leading construction group that has undergone significant investment and is currently undertaking an exciting transformation programme. In line with their ambitious growth targets they are looking to appoint a high calibre and experienced interim Construction Director to lead the business through a period of tremendous, change, opportunity and growth.
The Role
As an experienced Construction Director you will work closely with the MD to oversee the execution of multiple construction developments simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. You will ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
The Person
With senior level experience gained in a high-growth business in the construction and property sector, you will have proven planning and construction expertise and have worked with architects, subcontractors and surveyors. You will also demonstrate in depth knowledge of current building regulations and construction methodologies with proven leadership skills. Your expertise in construction will be an asset to this group as they continue to build on their success.
