Job Title: Gardener

Location: Cardiff, Wales

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:00

Salary: £12.38 to £24.76 per hour (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about horticulture and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces? We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Gardener to join our clients team in Cardiff. As a Gardener, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our outdoor areas are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, and weeding.


• Plant, cultivate, and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees.


• Maintain lawns and ensure they are properly fertilised, watered, and trimmed.


• Monitor and control pests and diseases.


• Operate and maintain gardening equipment and machinery safely.


• Keep outdoor spaces clean and presentable.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in gardening or landscaping.


• Knowledge of plants, trees, and horticultural practices.


• Ability to use gardening tools and machinery effectively.


• Physical fitness and stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.


• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.


• Good communication skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
