Job description
Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, a Project Sales Consultant to work for the head offices of a global leader in construction project sales.
Based in Carnforth just off the M6 Motorway.
Full time/Permanent (on-site) Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm
Salary £25-35K plus bonus/commission scheme and company perks
Free on-site car parking /beautiful refurbished offices
As part of a construction project team, this role is responsible for securing contracts for new and existing office/restaurant and hospitality spaces to be fit out with timber flooring, and also responsible for ensuring repeat orders from businesses, which means close collaboration with other departments such as product development, and offering new products to existing clients as well as prospective clients to show movement in line with styles and taste of designers.
Key roles & responsibilities:
Maintain accurate client records and ensure that all contract updates are noted along with further information on CRM system.
Strategise with other members of the team to ensure best chance of revenue success for the sector along with creating targeted marketing plans for key accounts within the marketplace.
Generate monthly revenue reports to share with senior management
Maintain high levels of communication with clients throughout all stages of project as well as after projects are complete to ensure the relationship between the two organisations remain strong and increase the likelihood of repeat business.
Work with management team to implement sales strategies.
Work with design and innovation team to develop creative solutions.
Diligently monitor personal gross profit margin levels to ensure that they are within the sector target.
Actively research competitors regularly to ensure that company offering is in line with the marketplace and that we were at the forefront of the market
Create client specific pricing guidelines and ensure that they are adhered to throughout all quoting stages and delivery.
Regularly hold client catch up calls to review SLA's and performance to ensure that optimal levels of service are being offered at all times.
Work in line with set targets, both personally and sector specific.
Effectively plan time accordingly to priority of tasks and follow internal procedures when carrying out actions within the business
Attend industry events to establish further connections and cement relationships to nurture future revenue creation.
