Hourly pay rate: £12.50
£12.50 per hour (employed rate)
*Weekdays 8 - 9 hours a week with possible times 9:30am - 12:30 mornings. Probably over 3 days but will be flexible.

Job Description
I’m a 42 yr. old female artist with chronic health issues including neurological, neurodivergent and mental health conditions. I live with my partner and our dog in Lindfield, near Haywards Heath. My fatigue, physical and cognitive symptoms fluctuate and can make daily tasks difficult.
Support required:
• Help to get started in the morning
(clothes ready, motivation to wash, dress and eat breakfast etc)
• Assist me with washing my hair
• Household organisation and general tidying
• Meal planning, prep and cleaning up afterwards.
• Prompt and encourage to deal with general life and health admin. e.g. picking up supplements, make and attend doctors’ appointments with me, remind and plan.
• Help to set up for art making or writing at home and clear up afterwards.
• Drive me in your vehicle to occasional appointments and classes (and accompany me with the appointments if required)
• Post mail
• Walk my dog on the nearby common as required
• PLUS –other related tasks as required.
