Your Role

As the strategic leader of our HR Partnering Team and HR Shared Services Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our people plan, balancing both strategic direction and operational excellence.

From shaping HR strategies that align with our organisational goals to overseeing the implementation of key HR processes and policies, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating a positive workplace culture and supporting the success of our workforce.

You’ll have demonstrable experience as an HR leader, operating at a senior level in large, complex, unionised organisations with a strong blend of strategic and operational HR expertise and in-depth knowledge of HR best practice and employment law.

You’ll need e xcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation.

· A salary of £69,312 - £78,011 per annum depending on experience

·28 days holiday per annum (plus bank holidays)
