Collaborating closely with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and fellow nursing leaders, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the availability of essential resources for optimal patient care delivery.

As the Surgical Nursing Director, you'll be at the forefront of strategic and operational direction for Pre-Op, PACU, Endoscopy, Operating Rooms, Cardiovascular Unit (CVU), Comfort Zone, and OR Scheduling. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the nursing perioperative manager team and nurse educators, fostering evidence-based workforce planning, and creating a collaborative environment that partners with patients, families. The Surgical Services Nursing Director will ideally hold their Bachelor’s Degree or above in Nursing and have leadership experience within perioperative care. The RN Surgical Services Director will enjoy a Monday-Friday day shift schedule!
