Remuneration: £450 PER DAY (£11+ per UDA over 30 UDAs)

Description: Part-time OR Full time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days per week in a busy, mixed, well-established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Gravesend, Kent. 
•    £500 PER DAY (£11+ per UDA over 30 UDAs)
•    50% split on private
•    50/50 split on PVT lab bills
•    3 surgery practice
•    TCO on-site
•    Fully computerised surgeries
•    iTero Scanner
•    Medit Scanner
•    CEREC
•    CT Scanner
•    OPG
•    Hygienist on site 2 days per week
•    Full support team including PM on site
•    Free parking on site
•    20 minutes from Dartford. 40 minutes from Bromley. 50 minutes from London by train
•    Available now, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
