Are you a Senior Design Manager looking to work for a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor? Salary - £70,000 + package!

The Company -

You will be working for one of the UK's leading and most successful Tier 1 contractors. They specialise in a variety of types of projects, including residential, health care, education, commercial and refurbishment. These projects earn them a revenue of over £2bn yearly. This contractor is both progressive and ambitious, this is appreciated by their employees and shown in their high staff retention rates.

The Role -

In this role you will be expected to have solid experience as a Senior Design Manager, along with having a sound understanding of construction design techniques and HNC or HND in Design Management. Having experience on single and two stage tenders will be imperative to this specific. You will be a part of a close knit, inclusive workforce, where your team will support you, and work collaboratively in order to complete these projects successfully.
