Role: Mailroom Assistant

Contract: 13/02/2024 On-going

Hours: 8am-3pm

Pay: £11.00 per hour

West Marketgait, Dundee, DD1 1QN

Office Angels National Accounts are looking for a Mailroom Operative to provide support for their client in Dundee. This is a customer and client facing role.

Some duties may include:

• Prepping documents


• Distributing and dispatching mail & couriers


• Using computer for emails and courier bookings


• Stock Audits


• General Mail Room duties


• Customer service


• Some manual handling required.


• Setting up meeting and conference rooms.
