Job description
Project Coordinator
This role will provide project management and operational support to the partnerships between universities, colleges, education policy makers and industry partners in the UK and around the world. This position will work with global colleagues to ensure they are able to deliver effective and impactful projects. This will be an initial 3 month contract, with the option to work occasional days in the office, with various locations across the UK.
- Work with Global Project Managers to ensure adherence to agreed service/programme/product delivery performance targets, schedules and deadlines
- Manages resources to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and effectively
- Use digital platforms and technological advancements to improve efficiency, impact and quality of project delivery
- Identify and share examples of process/procedural best practice
- Ensure data collection on project/programme delivery to supports accountability, decision-making and learning
- Conduct analysis using a range of standard methodologies and across multiple datasets to provide high quality and evidence-based recommendations on process improvements
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of project coordination, particularly client-funded and/or partnership projects
- Experience of promoting equality, diversity and inclusion within project planning and delivery, including use of appropriate tools
- Experience of managing projects in line with Centre of Excellence
- Able to manage delivery of digital events on basic platforms (Microsoft Teams) ensuring all project standards are met
