Job description

What you will do in your working day

• Supporting customer interface management
• Organic growth of opportunities on existing contracts (volume, product or VO)
• Bid support to the Commercial and Bids Teams
• Support the management of product P&L
• Support the order receipt and lead for engineering and CI at product launch
• Conflict resolution with respect to customer priorities
• Assist with harmonisation of strategy with all internal product lines
• Support the maximisation of profitability (a) Improve the product offering by securing additional revenue (VOs), (b) Reduce cost through identification of key drivers (price/consumption/volume)
• Project reporting and representation at Customer or Fleet MORs

The training you will be getting

You will complete the Level 6 Project Management degree Apprenticeship with York St John's University.

Apprentices will achieve either a BA or BSc Honours degree in Project Management. Apprentices are required to achieve an International Project Management Association (IPMA) Level D qualification or equivalent, prior to taking the end point assessment.

You will attend workshops at the York campus.
