Job description
**Position: Full-Time Nanny for a 4-Month-Old Baby From May**
We are a warm and dynamic family based in London W3, seeking a mature and experienced nanny to care for our son, Aerín when he turns 4-months in May/June. This full-time position is perfect for someone who has a deep understanding and passion for nurturing a child's early months of development. We are a couple in our mid-30s; my wife is a professional in the fashion industry, and I work in construction. We share our home with Leo, our friendly,small and kind Cavapoo dog.
**Start Date:** May [specific start date tbc]
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide loving and attentive care for Aerín, including feeding, nappy changes, washing him, nap times, and engaging play, bringing him to baby classes.
- Create and maintain a stimulating, nurturing, clean and safe environment.
- Manage Aerín's daily schedule, including feeds, sleep, and activities that encourage growth and learning.
- Perform light housekeeping duties related to Aerín's care, including cleaning bottles, laundry, and keeping his room tidy.
- Comfortable and willing to be around our dog Leo, with occasional responsibilities related to him.
**Requirements:**
- Significant experience as a nanny, especially with infants, and able to provide excellent references.
- Knowledge of infant CPR and first aid (certification strongly preferred).
- A mature, responsible, and patient individual with a passion for childcare and developmental milestones.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with us to meet Aerín’s developmental goals.
- Flexibility to accommodate the family’s schedule, including the occasional evening or weekend.
- Non-smoker and must have a legal right to work in the UK.
