As part of my client's strategic expansion, we are thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Private Client Solicitor to join their esteemed Wills & Probate team in Ilkley. This role offers the chance to work in a well-established team, handling a diverse caseload encompassing wills, estate and trust administration, and Powers of Attorney.
Qualifications and Experience: - A minimum of 2 years PQE, with experience in independently managing a caseload.
- Familiarity with Court of Protection matters is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Role Overview: They are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to contribute to their ongoing success. This is a full-time position based at their Ilkley office, with part-time considerations for the right candidate. In this role, you will work both independently and collaboratively, handling fee-earning responsibilities.
Remuneration: A highly competitive salary, subject to negotiation based on your experience.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide consistently excellent legal services, exceeding client expectations.
- Adhere to the ethical standards of the Solicitors Regulation Authority, maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Independently undertake fee-earning work, contributing to the profitability of the department.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, while actively developing new connections with third-party referrers.
- Manage private client matters, including drafting Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and overseeing Trust and Estate Administration using case management systems.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the department, participating in marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and take financial responsibility for assigned matters.
- Keep organized and up-to-date files in accordance with the firm's policies on file management.
- Proactively identify fee-earning opportunities and pursue them as appropriate.
- Prioritize professional development, continuously enhancing legal expertise.
- Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines and the firm's policies and procedures.
