Job description
We're currently seeking a Project Construction Manager.
The role involves;
- A daily over sight of projects for a medium sized construction company.
- Must be able to read drawings and adhere to specification.
- Ordering materials through company buyer and ensuring adequate labour
resources.
- Program works and completion dates.
- Quality of work and detail.
- Liaising with SubContractors.
- Extensions/Conversions/Refurbishments/General Building.
- Responsible for HSE and smooth running of projects, dealing with clients
and reporting on additonal works.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
