Job description
Our Client in Portishead is looking for a Payroll Officer to help out with payroll duties within delivery team for the monthly payroll.
Your duties include:
- updating HR salary records,
- dealing with payroll queries.
- checking, monitoring and actioning pension information from the system.
- directly accountable for processing information onto the system and ensuring that necessary actions are taken.
- identify and investigate any anomalies and ensure pension queries are promptly resolved.
- provide service in accordance with agreed working practices
Other skills:
- Good numeracy and accuracy skills
- Good organisational skills as may have conflicting deadlines
- Previous payroll/pension knowledge would be beneficial
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Assignment length: temporary, approx. 6 months
