The Role:

We are looking for degree apprentice building surveyors . The work will include assisting building surveyors and contract administrators with site surveys, building design and contract documentation. You will use your IT skills to produce CAD technical and design drawings and outlines in conjunction with the project building surveyor.

Chartered building surveyors are involved in all aspects of property and construction, from designing and supervising large extensions and alterations to identifying the cause of defects, managing repairs and maintenance, and undertaking condition surveys. Building surveying is one of the widest areas of surveying practice. This varied workload can include everything from the conservation and restoration of historic buildings to contemporary new developments. As well as strong technical skills, building surveyors need to have excellent people skills and the highest levels of integrity.

You can find out more about what we do and the projects we are involved in via Property Services.
