Applications are invited for the above temporary part-time post leading the Quality Enhancement Unit (QEU) of the Student Services and Administration Directorate. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance and enhancement across the organisation. They will have significant experience in implementing robust quality assurance procedures, in providing guidance and direction to a team of staff and will be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with staff across the University.
Candidates should be educated to postgraduate level (or equivalent) and have previous experience of managing quality assurance and enhancement in a higher education setting. The successful candidate will be expected to commence as soon as reasonably possible and the post is available until 31/08/2024. The ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh is desirable for this role. This role will be located remotely with regular travel to Bangor. Through our Dynamic Working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely (although remaining in the UK) to support work life balance, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
