Job Title: Paid Social ManagerRole Overview:
As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising paid social media campaigns to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness & engagement. You will work closely with key stakeholders to develop creative strategies tailored to our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
Create and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad copywriting, and creative asset development.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and optimise campaigns to achieve KPIs and ROI goals.
Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social media advertising.
Requirements:Proven experience in paid social media advertising.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring innovative marketing strategies.
Experience with social media management platforms.
