Job description

Long-term administration work available within a growing organisation out of Chesterfield!

Our client are looking to add; friendly, reliable and skilled administrators to their small team.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Answering calls in a confident manner to assist customers with queries
• Organising and booking in service work
• Preparing jobs for invoicing, processing warranty claims and assisting the Service Manager with administration duties as and when required
• Liaising with workshop staff
• Taking card payments
• Monitoring and chasing overdue service and repair work
• Recording all jobs on the Service Department database – familiarity with Microsoft Office programs is essential

Please not that training will be provided however, applicants must have some form of relevant experience. 

You will be working Monday - Friday 8.30 am – 5.00 pm and your salary will be between £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
