Job description
A nationally leading business with a highly regarded reputation, is currently looking for Payroll Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
This is a newly created role for the company and will support the Head of Payroll.
As Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting with payroll compliance with regards to all HMRC regulations
* Ensuring all payrolls are executed correctly and legislatively compliant
* Performing payroll related audits regularly
* Driving a high level of accuracy across the team
* Continual improvements across the team
* Prepare and submit MI reports for wider business
* Investigating discrepancies and delivering resolutions
