Location: Exeter, Devon

The Role:
As the Head of Dispute Resolution, you will oversee the general dispute resolution team, acting as a crucial escalation point and ensuring effective management of daily operations.
Duties:
? Lead and manage a team, allocating tasks and providing supervision
? Oversee day-to-day caseload management
? Stay updated on legal developments
? Build and sustain a network of contacts and referrers
Requirements:
? Proven experience as a Dispute Resolution Lawyer
? Strong leadership and team management skills
? Expertise in various dispute resolution areas
Experience in some of the following would be preferred:
? Employment
? Inheritance Act and Contentious Probate
? Contract disputes
? Civil procedure
? Shareholder and Partnership disputes
? Debt collection
? Construction disputes
? Housing/landlord and tenant disputes
? Boundary disputes
