The Role: Branch Manager
As the Branch Manager, you will assume a leadership position responsible for steering a steam specialised within a sector. This is an ideal role for seasoned managers or recruitment consultants aspiring to advance into a management role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire and motivate a team of 4 recruitment consultants
- Implement and manage effective practices and strategies.
- Drive long-term campaigns and candidate-focused approaches.
- Foster productivity and cultivate a positive work environment.
- Safeguard the welfare and well-being of team members
- Exhibit adaptability across office and remote settings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum one year in recruitment role or six months managing successful teams (recruitment or otherwise)
- Exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to lead by example
- Strong project management capabilities with a logical and strategic approach
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Curious, empathetic, and collaborative with a genuine interest in people’s backgrounds, needs and aspirations.
- Self-starter who embraces autonomy and initiative.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
