Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to manage a team of field Collector Drivers who empty our clothing banks situated in the North East in supermarket car parks, village halls etc. Through your team of up to 30 drivers, you provide an excellent donor experience and ensure the highest standards are met and that we provide excellent value for money.

Your success will be reflected through the success of your team. You will ensure that drivers are supported, well equipped and perform to the highest standards, your local knowledge will prove invaluable as will your ability to talk to our customers, members of the public and your driver team.

You will be home based but there is a requirement to travel throughout the North East (a company vehicle will be provided) and a requirement to travel to our head office in Northamptonshire periodically. This is not your everyday 9 to 5 job, some out of hours cover will be needed but it will be up to you to manage your team and set your own parameters.
