Clinical Lead – Coventry – £22.00 per hour + Paid Breaks – 40 hours per week

A Coventry based Nursing Home is looking for an experienced Nurse to join their Management team as a Clinical Lead, along side the Home Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established family owned Nursing Home with a low staff turnover who hold a current Good CQC rating. The home provides the highest level of Residential Nursing care to residents who require General Elderly Care.

As the Clinical Lead, you will support the Management Team in all aspects of the day to day running of the home. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the planning and delivery of care and will ensure care plans and medication records are correctly updated, undertaking regular clinical audits and supervisions.

Applicants for this Clinical Lead position should meet the following criteria:

- NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RMN
- Experienced in a managerial or supervisory capacity in a clinical setting, ideally within the elderly care sector. However, an experienced Staff Nurse would also be considered
- Demonstrate proven elderly and dementia care experience
- Confident leading, developing and motivating a team of Nurses and HCAs
- Demonstrate good working knowledge of CQC essential standards
