Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) at Priory Hospital Marlow
We are currently seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join the team at Priory Hospital Marlow. The successful candidate will provide professional mental health nursing care for patients in a secure and therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual patient care plans.
- Provide high quality nursing care to patients with mental health issues.
- Administer medication and monitor its effects on the patientâs condition.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care plans and progress notes.
- Carry out risk assessments to identify potential risks or problems associated with each patients condition.
Requirements:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification with valid NMC registration.
- Previous experience working in a mental health setting is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
