Job description

We are in search of a skilled Tandoori Chef who possesses a deep enthusiasm for crafting Kulcha Naan and other breads, along with creating visually enticing Tandoori naans.
Key responsibilities:
To prepare and cook dished in the Tandoor over, including chopping, marinating and grilling meat.
- To prepare and cook tandoori breads such as naan and roti
- To maintain the tandoori oven and ensure it clean and in good working condition.
- To ensure health and safety regulations are always adhered to.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Tandoori chef.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen management.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, management, and suppliers.
