We are seeking a reliable and diligent Cleaner to join our warehouse team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the warehouse premises. Your primary goal will be to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment for all staff members.
Thur 22nd Feb- 29th Feb (Weekday only) 14:00-17:00pm - *ONLY ONE WEEKS WORK*
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, to maintain cleanliness in all areas of the warehouse.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas regularly to promote a healthy and pleasant work environment.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste materials in designated areas.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and readily available.
- Assist in the organisation and arrangement of warehouse equipment and materials to ensure efficient work flow and maximise available space.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cleaner or similar role, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and pressure washers, safely and effectively.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects, as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
