About The Role
Role : Casual Front of House Attendant
Location : Astley Hall and Worden Hall
Salary : £12.22 - £12.43 per hour
Contract : Casual/Bank
Hours : Flexible
We are looking for energetic, customer focused individuals to join our wonderful front of house team for Astley Hall & Worden Hall, delivering high quality customer experience across the two sites.
You will be working with the Arts and Heritage team to deliver special occasions and events at both sites, as well as welcoming visitors to Astley Hall Museum.
What you’ll be getting up to
- Joining a dedicated and enthusiastic team in Arts and Heritage.
- Welcoming and guiding visitors and guests at both venues.
- Delivering hospitality duties at special occasions/events.
- Assisting in the daily duties for front of house including working in our museum shop.
- Answering customers enquires and supporting their requests.
- Getting involved with the varied events and activities taking place throughout the year.
