Mobile Fire Engineer

Nationwide Travel - Candidate Ideally Located in Wider Midlands Region

£26,000-£37,000 + Increased OTE of £40,000 - £45,000 + Premium Overtime + Company Van for Personal Use + Training + Progression Opportunities

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Fire Engineer to join an established and growing family-owned business offering a competitive salary, with further overtime available, and great training opportunities through the company's CPD accreditation.

The company is renowned for the installation and maintenance of specialist security, fire, and communication systems. Due to company growth and success they looking to expand their valued installation team.

The nationwide field-based role will include remedial and small installations, communicating with customers on requirements, and independent working while managing the scheduled workload. Systems regularly used by the company are Notifier, Gent, and Morley.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of fire installation experience, the ability to complete an installation job from start to finish, and will be able to demonstrate good fault-finding understanding. A CSCS card will be required to enter most sites, and commissioning experience is desirable but not essential.

The Role

• Completing installation jobs from start to finish
• Fault-finding and diagnosis
• Identifying a variety of different devices and cables
• Work unsupervised individually, or as part of a team
• Communicate with customers

The Person

• 3+ years fire installation experience
• Fault-finding ability
• Demonstrate competent use of specialist equipment
• CSCS Card
• Hold or be willing to obtain relevant industry qualifications
• Commissioning experience (desirable)
