GSL Education are working with lovely, friendly and progressive schools in
Farnborough to recruit various
Sports Coach and Behaviour Teaching Assistant to work across all the key stages, supporting children diagnosed with
Social, Emotional Mental Health (SEMH)/MLD or Behaviour Management. The ideal candidate required for this role will be, resilient, committed and have a positive attitude to better the lives of their pupils. The role will involve supporting both teachers and pupils, helping to keep the students engaged in their learning. If you are a future/aspiring Sports Coach or an experienced SEN/ SEMH or Behaviour Teaching Assistant this opportunity could be ideal for you. You will need to: - Have experience working with children
- Be confident at managing challenging behaviour
- Be able to demonstrate your ability to build professional relationships with students
- Have a fun but firm presence
- Have an interest in education
- Have a passion for SEN/ SEMH/ MLD
- Be able to work well in a team
- Be proactive in meeting student's needs
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
