Salary: 33k- 42K
Location: Cardiff
Beach Baker is assisting an award-winning independent planning consultancy to secure a Senior Planner after a highly successful period of winning new business alongside a restructure within the Cardiff branch following internal promotions.
With a proven history of success in managing high profile clients and projects, this is a unique opportunity to progress your career by getting involved in areas of Town Planning you may not have previously had exposure to.

The Role
This role will involve getting involved in multiple sectors, including Residential, Defence, Health, Residential, Retail, Major Mixed-Use, Regeneration and Energy, where you will be delivering exceptional planning services within a medium sized collaborative Planning team, with solid support from the senior leadership team.
Whether you are a specialist in an area of Town Planning, or your experience has been more generalist, this company will work to your strengths whilst encouraging exposure to all disciplines.
You will be acting for a range of high-profile clients on nationwide basis, including for some of the UK's major Land Developers and Housebuilders, and Retail operators.
