We have an opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join the Civil Enforcement Team based in Birmingham. You will work with the managers to supervise and coordinate the team ensuring the service is fully operational on a day-to-day basis. The key objectives of the role: Leading, supporting and rostering the Civil Enforcement Officers team
Carrying out daily briefings
Leading by example
Dealing with escalated queries from team colleagues and members of the public
Patrolling public car parks and streets, issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles What do you need to be a Supervisor? Previous supervisory or team leading experience
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience of working with Microsoft Office
Customer-focused
