The Role We are currently recruiting for the position of a Junior GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) Analyst to join our Cybersecurity & Information Governance (C&IG) Team. This would be the perfect opportunity for someone who has previously worked or had exposure to Information Governance, Risk and Security.
You would be supporting the management of Phoebus Software’s Information Governance, Risk Management and Compliance and will assist in maintaining the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Phoebus Software’s, Client and Client customer information.
The position will support the continuing effectiveness of and adherence to Phoebus’s technical and organisational security controls and assist internal and external audit requirements. You will be expected to assist in developing and publishing Information Security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines based on knowledge of best practices and compliance requirements.
About you We are looking for somebody who can display a professional ‘CAN DO' attitude that engenders confidence, respect, and support. Our ideal candidate would be able to meet the below criteria;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Personal flexibility to meet business goals and needs.
- Awareness and understanding of ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27002, SOC2 controls.
- Awareness and understanding of Security best practices.
- Understanding of Data Protection principles including GDPR.
- Understanding of the importance of effective Risk Management and principles.
- Understanding of Data Classification principles.
- Understanding of the Information Security principles: Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability.
