Job description
Our client is a national FM Service Provider with a sizable and diverse portfolio of client across the UK. It is currently looking to hire an experienced Project Manager for its PFI division in Stoke.
As the Project Manager, you will join one of the largest education PFI contracts in Europe. This particular contract is coming up to its hand–back stage, set for the end of 2025. The Project Manager will be responsible for the remaining lifecycle and small works projects which have a total value between 20–30m.
The successful Project Manager must have a proven track record in delivering lifecycle and small works projects within the hard services sector, you must be able to deliver multiple projects at any one time, whilst manging a small team (3).
Typical lifecycle projects will include M&E, HVAC, fabric maintenance, BMS, and other related hard FM services projects. This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months (min) and will likely continue for circa 18 months.
