About the role:
In order to enable the strong growth of our company BYD UK is looking for an HRBP to join our young international team with a passion for innovation and a cando attitude.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HR HQ team in China to provide effective HR solutions for business department and establish an HR management system;
- Participate in business department management and work from an HR perspective. Develop and implement annual HR work plans including but not limited to recruitment training compensation employee relations etc;
- Provide feedback to HR HQ team on the effectiveness of implementing HR policies HR projects and HR processes.
- Qualification Requirements
- Fluent in Chinese and English;
- At least 3 years of local relevant experience in HR. Team management experience is preferred;
- Able to work under pressure and handle multitasks;
- Selfmotivated responsible and independent;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficient with MS Office (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to help team members solve problems and provide assistance.
