The Opportunity
My client is looking for a Housing Officer to join their team in Stafford, Staffordshire.
- Working hours between Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM – 37.5 hours per week. Housing Officer’s will have flexibility in hybrid working.
- Competitive pay rate between £18.50 to £20.00 per hour (Umbrella), dependant on experience.
- Housing Officer’s will initially work for a minimum period of 3-months, with the possibility of extension.
The Requirements
- Successful Housing Officer’s will have generic experience across housing management features; antisocial behaviour, income recovery, void and tenancy management across estates.
- Housing Officer’s should have a full UK driving license, to accommodate travel to further afield services, as required.
- Court representative experience and understanding of relevant eviction processes must be possessed by the successful Housing Officer.
- Housing Officer’s must be confident and adaptable in nature, able to work well under pressure and thrive within a fast-paced environment.
The Desirables
- Over 3 years’ experience in managing antisocial behaviour and general estate maintenance, including supervision of maintenance staff.
- Possession of housing-related qualifications or memberships.
The Rewards
- Completive pay rates and salaries. With a negotiable pay rate of £18.50 per hour, successful Housing Officers will have an on-target gross earning of £36K and upwards.
