Nursing Home Manager - Bridgend
£55,000-£60,000

We are recruiting for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to support a well respected nursing home in just outside of Bridgend, South Wales providing specialist clinical care for adults with dementia and general elderly care needs.

This service is part of a developing organisation who provide nursing, residential and community support across the South Wales.

Nursing Home Management duties:
• Ensuring that CIW and Company rules and regulations are maintained
• Ensuring that the office runs an effective and efficient on-call service
• Ensuring smooth operations in respect of recruitment and training
• Developing relationships within the community and local brand awareness

Our client is looking for a dedicated and confident Registered Nurse Manager with strong communication and interpersonal skills. To apply you must have atleast two years Home Management experience, good understanding of CIW requirements and a dementia & elderly care background.
