Job description

Role: School Administrator
Location: Altrincham
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience

My client, a local popular secondary school, are looking for an experienced administrator to join their busy team. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a school, in order for you to hit the ground running.

Duties Include:
- Handling a high volume of calls regarding general queries and forwarding calls if necessary
- General administrative roles such as order processing, filing, copying, scanning, data management
- Attendance checks
- Oversee multiple calendars, book meetings and all stock for the office

The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Have previous experience working in a school (essential)
- Have an enhanced DBS check
- Have strong communication skills
- Posses GCSEs A-C including Maths and English (or equivalent)
