Job description
We are working with a rapidly growing legal group in Manchester on this outstanding progression opportunity for an Employment Solicitor with around 3-6 PQE to move straight into an Associate position within its Legal 500 team.
As there is plenty of work to get your teeth into, you’ll find lots of scope to fast-track your progression within this growing team, including short-term opportunities to become a Partner.
The firm have a genuine interest in developing people, with plenty of opportunities to take external leadership/commercial skills courses, plus access to internal and external mentorship.
The firm has opened a brand-new office in central Manchester and offers a 3/2 hybrid working policy (with extra flexibility for when you need it).
You’ll even have the opportunity to travel abroad, if you wish to, including the potential of international secondments.
Your caseload will largely be made up of defendant work for retainer clients, with an emphasis on tech, digital, sports and media – so you’ll get to understand the challenges unique to businesses in these sectors inside out and be able to build a valuable and attractive specialism.
