Your new company
The Employment and Immigration Team consists of two Partners, an Associate, Solicitor, Barrister, Senior Immigration Manager, and a Consultant. Both Partners are individually rated in leading industry directories. One of the Partners is also a leading Business Immigration specialist.
Your new role
You will be focusing primarily on providing employment law advice to the firm\'s corporate and SME clients. This includes handling day-to-day enquiries, providing Employment Tribunal advice, reviewing and drafting employment documentation and advising on larger scale workplace issues. You will also be involved in advising (primarily) main Board directors and Senior Executives on engagements and terminations, employment disputes and settlement agreements.
What you\'ll need to succeed
Qualifications

• Strong academics: educated to degree level (with at least a 2:1) and a strong LPC pass (or equivalent) and hold a clean practising certificate from the SRA.

Skills and Experiences

• Recently qualified to 2/3 years employment law experience as a qualified solicitor together with sound technical knowledge of employment law.
• You must have strong analytical ability and be able to identify and deal with the core elements of a problem succinctly.
• Be adaptability and able and willing to embrace change. You will need to be responsive to different ways of working and be a quick learner.
• Collaboration with others: able to work with others to achieve a task; is an active team.
